The 2023 FIBA World Cup is fast approaching and the United States Men’s National Team has one final exhibition before making its way to the Phillippines to begin tournament play.
For its final tune-up, Team USA will face a talented German team that is headlined by NBA talents Dennis Schröder and Franz Wagner. Germany enters Sunday’s match fresh off of a 13-point exhibition win over Greece.
The United States, which has won all four of its pre-tournament warmups, is also coming off of a victory over Greece, which it defeated by 22 points on Friday. Impressive as Team USA has been, it will look to clean up a troubling trend of turning the ball over after committing 40 turnovers in its last two wins.

Team USA’s final exhibition game ahead of the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup will be played against Germany on Sunday, Aug. 20. The game will be played at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi and is scheduled to tip off around noon ET.
In the United States, the game will be broadcast on FOX.
